Youth Life Ski and Snow Tubing Trip to Perfect North!
Saturday February 17th
- Leave Good Shepherd Church 7:00am
- Return to Good Shepherd Church by 9:00pm
- Bus transportation as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner provided
- Tubing only or Skiing/Boarding/Tubing options
- All middle school and high school youth are invited
- 8 hour tubing ticket
- Bus transportation
- Three meals
- 8 hour lift ticket (includes tubing park)
- Ski/Snow Board/Helmet rental
- Bus transportation
- Three meals
- Tickets and meals will be provided
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Must be Safe Environment Certified
- Non-Skiing/Tubing Chaperones welcome

- Field Trip Forms are attached to this note, or can be picked up in the church office
- Waivers must be completed, they can be found attached to this note, or can be picked up in the church office
- Must have valid health insurance coverage
