Relics of the Passion will be available for veneration and presented as part of a one-hour meditative walk to Calvary on Friday, September 14, Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, at 7:00 PM. Take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity to see a collection of sacred relics that is generally only available in Rome and the Holy Land. The relics include pieces of the True Cross, Table of the Last Supper, Column of Flagellation, Crown of Thorns, Holy Nail, St. Longinus’ bone (who pierced the side of Christ), effigy of Veronica’s Veil, exterior wrapping of the Shroud of Turin. Holy Mass in Extraordinary Form will be celebrated at 6:00 PM.
“Power In My Hands” movie will be shown in the Ave Maria Hall on October 3 (Wednesday) at 4:00 PM, October 6 (Saturday) at 9:00 AM, and October 7 (Sunday) at 6:30 PM. The film uncovers the beauty, timelessness and power of the Rosary. Its primary purpose is to help viewers understand the power to revitalize America – a society in spiritual crisis, and instill an active response to the Blessed Mother’s plea for prayer.
