It seems to be happening with a sobering repetition: the face of evil in our world so close to home. Once again we ask: "Why?" Many of us at the same time ask: "Where is God that He lets this happen?" These inevitably lead to another question: "Can we ever find peace again?"
Franciscan Father Pat McCloskey takes on those tough questions.

It is with deep sadness that we must announce the death of a good and faithful servant here at Visitation Parish, Deacon Richard Johnston, who passed away on Thursday, 5 October 2017.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. May his and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace. Amen.
