Dear CTK Parishioners
Thank you for your outpouring of generosity for our Rosary Art Project. We were hoping to have enough donations to purchase two complete Mysteries, but we were able to purchase all four Mysteries of the Rosary. Beauty in art speaks to us ineffably and in ways that words and facts sometimes can’t. Thank you for helping provide this source of beauty for our students.

Attention CTK School Parents:
Students in grades 6-8 will have the option this year of wearing a gray, polo-style shirt with their school uniform. There are many shades of gray so please refer to the samples hanging on the church bulletin board , which is GREY from Walmart and HEATHER GRAY from School Belles. If you purchase from another store, please make sure that it matches these shades.
We have a parishioner who lives near the Central & Tyler area that needs a ride to church at the Saturday 5:30pm Mass.

Totus Tuus begins in 2 Weeks!

CTK’s Totus Tuus Parish Camp begins the weekend of July 24th!
Registration for students going into 1st through 12th grade will begin soon.
In the meantime, we need support from the parish! Here’s how you can help:
- 2 host families are needed to provide housing for the team from Saturday, July 23 through Friday, July 30. This includes providing breakfast for 2 team members each morning.
- Parish families may invite the 4 person team over for an evening meal Wednesday and Thursday night.
- Volunteer! Virtus trained parishioners are welcome to assist with either the day camp or the evening program, for a few hours or an entire day.
- High School Volunteers are needed to help with the Daytime program. Service Hours for Bishop Carroll can be counted for Sophomores and Juniors!
- If you have any questions or are able to assist with any of the above opportunities, please contact Shannon Collins at 250-9111.
Other ways to help:
*Campers go through a lot of snacks, water, and supplies during the week. If you would like to donate specific items, please wait until camp begins to drop off those items.
*PRAY! Pray for the team assigned to serve our parish, pray for our campers, and pray for our parish!

Am 7:12-15 / Eph 1:3-14 / Mk 6:7-13
Jesus sent the Twelve two by two in an effort to evangelize others. It is a simple plan, if you think about it … a matter of multiplication and exponents! If the Twelve do their job well, then they send others and soon 12 becomes 24 and then 48 and so on! This is still the best plan for evangelizing others! You, as a missionary disciple, have been summoned and equipped by Jesus, and you have been sent to evangelize others. You do so in your words and your actions. You do so at home, at work, at the ball fields, at Mass, and even in the car! Are you conducting yourself in a way that will cause others to want to join you in the mission? Are you seeking opportunities throughout the day to share the Gospel in some way? The math only works if YOU work!
