We are opening up our Spring break Mercy & Justice Retreat.

and $175 to sign up.
Emmaus Outcry, Mobile Loaves & Fishes and Community 1st Village are offering a very special intensive experience for our teens called the Mercy & Justice Retreat. Your teen will be allowed to experience homelessness, first hand with the aid and guide of Mobile Loaves & Fishes staff and an opportunity to volunteer at the Community 1st Village. Twelve service hours will be awarded for the weekend. We will be sleeping in the teepees at Community First Village which is super fun!!!
MERCY & JUSTICE RETREAT DETAILS:
LEAVE FRIDAY MARCH 16 at 3:30 PM
RETURN SUNDAY MARCH 18 at 10:30 AM
COST $175 (Meals are included)
CAN EARN SERVICE HOURS AS WELL (12 HOURS)

What to Bring:
Sleeping bag (sleeping pad optional)
Shorts or Long pants (not yoga pants or leggings -- jeans are best!)
Comfortable walking shoes
Full Water bottle
Toiletry items (toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, etc)
Large plastic bag for possessions in case of rain
Pen and Journal/notebook
Ear Plugs (in case you have a close neighbor with an energetic snore)
Spending money for Community Market
Jacket if the weather looks cold
Frisbee, playing cards
