I have 7 words for you.
(You're receiving this because you've been an *admin* or *Note Sender* for your church or group on Flocknote. These come ~1/month and will help you use Flocknote better.)
So. many. great. things. to. announce. today!
Part of our mission at Flocknote is to help you get your folks more involved in all of your ministries! So one feature we've wanted to add for awhile is called "Smart buttons".
And guess what?! It's here!
Now when you add a "button" to a note, you can make it do some other smart things (besides just link somewhere) — like subscribe somebody to another one of your groups!
So let's say you want to invite everyone to come help feed the homeless this Saturday. So you create a button so they can join in and get reminders about it.
But where do you link the button to? Sure, you could create a signup page on your website, embed a form, etc. But next time try using a
— where you can just let them directly join a special group (or any other group you select) with a click.
You could also send a note to your Everyone group and then use Smart Buttons to let them easily join any selection of your other ministries. The possibilities are endless.
You know how sometimes you send a note out, but then somebody joins your group right after you send it, and they're like, "Hey, what gives!? I didn't get that note."
Introducing Note Forwarding. Now, you can just say "no problem!" and then
the (already sent) note to that person (or any small group of folks) right from Flocknote. You'll find the Forwarding option up at the top of any sent note within Flocknote.
But wait, there's (a lot) more!
We also added the ability to:
upload animated gifs to your emails
select more font options in the note composer
send a note to a group of filtered individuals (all from your People tab)
view all your recently used images in the Image Picker
create and share a library of images across your network so any of your groups can use them in their notes
automatically show your social media links (if you've linked them up in Group Settings) in the footer of your email (see below).
Phew. It's been busy over here! I think I'll go have a lie down for a minute.
Have a great day, y'all!
