Dear Members of Pax Christi,
This weekend we say farewell to Fr. Marc after two years of ministry here at Pax Christi. A celebration of gratitude will follow each Mass in the Dorothy Day Social Space. We wish him well as he journeys with the faith communities of St. Rose of Lima and Corpus Christi in Roseville.
Pax Christi’s contributions to our local food shelf, PROP, reached 849 pounds collected in May. Thank you for your generosity as we do what we can to aid those who are needy in our neighborhoods, particularly children who don’t have the consistent meals provided to them that they normally have when attending school. The most needed food items for the Summer Food for Kids 2018 at PROP are canned chicken, fruit cups, peanut butter, and any healthy snacks. The video CLICK HERE will tell you more about the program. If you are able to help, please use the Burgundy Bags at the entrances, or any grocery bags.

REGISTER NOW FOR FAITH FORMATION
Registration for the upcoming Faith Formation Program year is now open!Join us for a year of community, faith, and fun! This year we have new program time offerings: Sundays from 3:30-4:45pm, Sundays from 6:30-7:45pm, or Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm. Early Bird Registration rates are available now through July 31 at $100 per student with a family cap of $300, moving to regular rates of $125 per student with a family cap of $375 on August 1. Registration fees are waived for families of catechists. This year we also have new ways to get involved; join us as a Hall Monitor or Kitchen Aid! These roles are available as a whole year commitment or on a rotating basis. If you commit to seven or more sessions in these roles we offer a $50 discount. INTERFAITH CIRCLE COMMUNITY SUMMER BBQ

They will provide the food (burgers, hot dogs, and sides) if you provide your presence! If you'd like to bring something to share, you are welcome to, but it is certainly not required! DRAMA CAMP WEEK

Bible Camp Drama Team needs you! Come share your acting talents! No prior experience is necessary. Our fabulous team is open to those in 6th grade and older. The group meets for a rehearsal week of team-building, outreach opportunities, and learning our scripture stories. VACATION BIBLE CAMP
July 23-27, 9:00–12:00pmDisciples on a Mission is our theme for Bible Camp 2018. We will explore faith-filled Scripture stories brought to life by our fabulous Drama Team. We will sing and move to upbeat Christian music. We will make new friends by playing games and making crafts together. Outreach is a huge part of our camp experience. We will be making wonderful projects for our friends in local care centers and in the YouthLink organization. Our middle school and high school friends are invited to participate as camp crew leaders, craft leaders, nursery helpers, game leaders, or on our Drama Team. Adults—we need you! Come be a part of camp! No experience is necessary. If you love your faith, we welcome you. MIDDLE SCHOOL SUMMER CAMP WEEK
July 23–27, 8:30am – 4:00pm (7:00pm on July 27) The fee is $175 per youth.Will you be a sixth, seventh, or eighth-grader this fall? You are invited to be part of Pax Christi's Middle School Service Camp! Join PaxConnex for a week of service and fun at Pax Christi and in our local community. Mornings will be spent at local organizations serving those in need. Service sites may include People Reaching Out to People (PROP), Feed My Starving Children, and Senior Community Services. Youth also have the option of serving as crew leaders at Vacation Bible Camp. During the afternoons we will spend time having fun with games, movies, and trips to Grand Slam, Cascade Bay, and Valleyfair! Fee includes lunch each day, transportation to all off-campus locations, admission to all afternoon activity sites, and a t-shirt. CLICK HERE for additional information.
