SUPER SERVICE SATURDAY OCTOBER 13 There is still time to sign up! We will begin the day with prayer at 8am, go out into the community doing many service projects and conclude with lunch. We have service projects for all ages; families are encouraged to sign up and serve together.

SLEEPOUT FOR HOMELESSNESS 2018
for grades 6-12 on October 26th at 8pm
Our Sleepout for Homelessness focuses on raising funds and awareness about youth homelessness in our community, all while building community among youth at this event. This event is open to all youth grades 6-12, so bring your friends! Join us for a bonfire, games, and an outdoor movie, while also learning about youth homelessness from a homelessness prevention specialist.
FINAL REMINDER FOR BAPTISM PREPARATION CLASS Prepare for the baptism of your child by attending this class that will help you understand the rite of and explore the symbols of baptism. It will help you understand the role of godparents and understand your role as first teachers of your child in the ways of faith and life. The date is Tuesday, October 9, from 7-9pm in the John Paul Room at the Parish Center. If you have questions, call Mary Greving at the Parish Office. To register, call the Parish Office. The next Baptism Preparation class will take place Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
5TH GRADE AUDITIONS FOR CHRISTMAS PAGEANT Auditions will take place Monday, October 8, in the High Hall of the Parish Center from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Parents have received a letter stating details of this audition.
LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CHURCH... JOIN US FOR OUR RCIA PROCESS Anyone who wants to learn more about the church is welcome to join the RCIA process with Fr. Terry this fall. Sessions begin Wednesday, October 10, at 7pm in the John Paul Room at the Parish Center. The RCIA is for anyone baptized or unbaptized, including people who have had no faith background, those who grew up in another faith, or adults who have not yet been confirmed. ST. JOSEPH’S TABLE SEEKS MORE MEMBERS!
Nine or ten times a year, members of St. Joseph’s Table receive an invitation to gather for a meal, either a potluck at the church or in the home of one of the participants of St. Joseph Table. These meals offer a unique opportunity for adult parishioners (couples and singles) of various life experience to connect through the breaking of bread together and sharing of our stories with each other.
