Anyone who volunteers at St. Anne and comes into contact with children as a part of their volunteer work MUST have completed VIRTUS registration (instructions found on our parish website under the page "parish forms"), a background check, and the VIRTUS training. Retraining is required for any volunteer who completed the training before 2014. If you are not compliant by December 31st, 2018, you must be made inactive as a volunteer until all Child and Youth Protection requirements are complete. These requirements are mandated by the Diocese of Tulsa and Bishop Konderla in order to keep our youth safe. If you have questions please contact Trish Salat at 918-357-2834 or salatc@cox.net. These requirements apply to Eucharistic Ministers, Cultivate and Rooted volunteers, the nursery staff, and any other volunteer role that comes into contact with our youth whatsoever.
