We Need Help!
The parishes biggest fundraiser needs everyone's help to be a success.
There are a lot of different kinds of opportunities and any commitment at all is appreciated and chances are, you'll have a great time doing it!
Friday, June 9th 6pm - 11pm
Saturday, June 10th 5pm - 11pm
Sunday, June 11th 1pm - 9pm
There are many booths in need of volunteers; Sunday Chicken Dinner dining room needs servers.
Please call Dit Moore at 521-3538 or Sue Hoepf at 851-6894 or Toni Wylie at 522-4589. This is a great chance to visit with past and present parishioners all in the air conditioned Parish Center.
If you need service hours, please bring your form to be signed.
Our Poker booth could use some dealers if you would like to help out please call Steve at 325-6971.
Pies, cakes, cookies, brownies and cupcakes are NEEDED for the Sunday Chicken Dinner at the Parish Festival. You can drop off your sweet treat at the Parish Center on Saturday (06/10) or Sunday (06/11).
The Snack Attack booth is asking for donations of snacks (chips, cookies, nuts, pretzels) large and small bags. They also would like 2 liter bottles of pop. Donations can be picked up by calling Mary Enderle at 761-3489 or donations can be dropped off at the parish office.
BASKETS & MORE:
The Basket & More booth is in need of gift cards and lottery tickets for the booth. Please drop off your donations at the parish office or mail to Nancy Ballard, 7858 Seward Ave, 45231.
The Pringle Toss game is asking for donations of Tall and Filled cans of Pringles. They can be any flavor. You can bring them to the parish office or contact Betty Rosenacker at 317-4202.
Assumption Church is a vital part of its surrounding neighborhoods, providing not only a place to worship, but outreach services and a community within a community as well. We hope you'll consider lending us a hand so that we may continue to lend our hands to others in the community.
